Background
As part of a long-standing partnership, a luxury branded gift box was created to house the F1 UBS x Mercedes-Benz caps. The boxes were distributed to senior management and 250 Wealth Management branches across the U.S., allowing Financial Advisors to present them as client gifts.

Vendor Research and Recommendations
As a first step, the team and I researched New York–based packaging vendors and identified our top three options. Once we agreed on the most suitable vendor, we collaborated with them to obtain detailed, customized quotes and a range of packaging options, which were then shared with broader internal stakeholders for review.

Final Product
Upon receiving the shipment, we conducted a detailed quality check to ensure each box arrived in excellent condition before displaying 18 caps per unit. The final execution aligned with our design vision, delivering a refined, luxury feel. The solid black box paired with silver foil stamping created a clean, minimal design that elevated the UBS X Mercedes-AMG F1 collaboration and reinforced the premium nature of the brand partnership.
